Jake Turns FIVE!

Jake's birthday party was on Saturday. The weather was amazing and we had this small group of his very favorite (and as luck would have it, our favorite) friends over. They dug for treasure, painted, blew bubbles, and ate lots of cake. All in all a pretty awesome day!

But seriously, can someone tell me when my little monkey got so grown up????

So the "theme" (such as it was) was mining. Jake's still obsessed with rocks and so we buried some treasures in the future garden location and let the kids prep the soil for all of us.
