During the party Jacob got sorted into Gryffindor, after much deliberation on the part of the sorting hate.
After the sorting it was time for the banquet and then classes.
It was a busy and fun day for everyone.
My life is really busy. I've got two little boys (no, I don't wish I had a girl) and a Gus (puppy), all of whom slobber on me, wrestle with me, accidentally pee on me, and fill my days with endless laughter and joy. Ohh, and dirt. My issue isn't whether this shirt goes with those pants; it's which shirt hides more signs of boy. It's the life of a girl surrounded by truckloads of testosterone seeking a little perspective and the occasional opportunity to pee on my own.
Naturally now that all my daffodils are up, it decides to snow! Who cares?!?! We finally have snow.
We threw a surprise party for Gary's 30th. It was a ton of fun, and I am reasonably sure he was surprised.
We dis it up at Jaleo, a nice tapas place in DC. D and I spent the rest of the day at the museum with the monkeys.
